Our family services on Sundays and holidays at 11:00 are primarily geared toward parents with young children up to age twelve. But they also attract senior churchgoers who have remained young at heart or other worshippers who appreciate a meaty, brief sermon in a language appropriate for children. A family service lasts approximately 50 minutes. The children gather around the altar during the Lord's Prayer and receive their own blessing during communion. Lively songs and a concluding, spontaneously announced organ improvisation turn family services into an experience for churchgoers of all ages.
Organ for Kids
Organs are the greatest of instruments - literally! But due to their impressive size they radiate a grandeur that might appear scary for newcomers. Only rarely is organ music associated with children. We want to change this! Our special organ events are tailored towards the youngest listeners and introduce them to the fascinating world of this instrument in a light-hearted and entertaining way.
