We require your e-mail address to send you a mail that will ask you to confirm your subscription. If you want to receive our newsletter, we need your explicit consent for this. The newsletter is sent by e-mail and contains information about upcoming events.

The only mandatory information we need for sending you the newsletter is your e-mail address. After your confirmation, we store your e-mail address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DS-GVO.

For your registration to our newsletter we use a so-called double-opt-in procedure. This means that, following your registration, we will send you an e-mail to the address you have entered in the form. In this mail we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within [24 hours], your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. Beyond these data, we store the respective IP address you use at the time of your registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to document your registration and, if necessary, to clear up a possible misuse of your personal data.

We process your personal data only for sending your the newsletter. We will not make your personal data available to third parties. Choir & Orchestra of St. Michael's

The choir and orchestra of St. Michael's have by far the longest and richest tradition of all the musical ensembles connected to our church. They can look back at a history that spans more than 400 years, starting with the consecration of the altars in 1592, which was accompanied by then maestro di capella Orlando di Lasso. Today the choir and orchestra are essential elements in the great concert of all musical ensembles at St. Michael's.

The Organ of St. Michael's

2011 - The organ is reorganised and expanded with a German swell-box by the Rieger organ-building company from Vorarlberg/Austria (inauguration on October 30, 2011). The 17-century prospectus by Jesuit brother Johann Hörmann is retained, and the better part of the pipe material from the predecessor organ (Sandtner 1982/83) is re-used. The new Rieger organ allows stylistically accurate interpretations of very wide range of organ music and provides an ideal foundation for sophisticated improvisations.
